Hope for Ukraine

Members of Keynsham-based charity Hope for Ukraine have recently received an update from their contact pastor in Romania. At the end of July the latest aid mission left Keynsham bound for Suceava in Northern Romania. From there the charity’s partners have determined the areas of most need and have been transporting it into some of the priority areas in Ukraine.

Meanwhile over the summer, the charity was contacted by the youth pastor of a Ukrainian church in Bristol which was running youth camps for around 80 children aged between eight and 15. Hope for Ukraine was able to donate 12 tents from its Glastonbury Festival salvage, enabling more children to be able to attend camp.
